MADISON, Wis. (WKOW) — Multiple people were bitten by a group of loose dogs at a local Kwik Trip Monday night. Madison Police responded to a a Kwik Trip store at 4825 American Parkway after reports of 10 loose dogs biting citizens, according to Sgt. Benjamin Enstrom, of the Madison Police Department.

Multiple people were bitten after 10 "aggressive" loose dogs attacked customers and authorities at a Kwik Trip gas station Monday.

One person was struck with 15 municipal citations and a criminal offense referral in Wisconsin stemming from responsibility for 10 dogs that were loose and biting people. According to the Madison Police Department,
