Millions of people across the central and eastern U.S. could see snow or rain through the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, forecasters said.

With Thanksgiving holiday travel well underway, many have reached their destinations — but for everyone else, a storm tracking from the Rockies to the Midwest and Northeast into tomorrow will bring rain and snow,

Thursday will be a First Alert Weather Day as steady rain, wind and cooler temperatures arrive. Places north and west of New York City may also see some snow . Holiday travelers will catch a break Wednesday, but unfortunately they will have to navigate some wet weather on Thanksgiving.
