Senior property tax freeze paused in St. Louis County. Demand overwhelmed software
CLAYTON — St. Louis County has paused senior property tax freeze applications until Monday after demand overwhelmed its software system. Residents have submitted more than 30,000 applications since the program became available Oct. 1. The high volume bogged down the computer system, County Executive Sam Page's office said in a news release.
