Following a move to Florida earlier this year, Fox News star Sean Hannity has purchased a waterfront estate in the upscale Palm Beach County town of Manalapan for $23.5 million, according to people familiar with the deal.

Fox News host and Palm Beach resident Sean Hannity is reported to have paid $23.5M estate at 1840 S. Ocean Blvd. in Manalapan.

Sean Hannity officially moved to Florida earlier this year, announcing his arrival while denouncing New York in a radio broadcast: “I am out. I am done. I’m finished.” Now, the Fox News host is buying himself a little more space and a waterfront view in Manalapan.
