Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha will attend the OSCE (Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe) ministerial meeting in Malta, where Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will also be present.

Ukraine’s Foreign Minister, Andrii Sybiha, will visit Malta to participate in the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting on December 4-5. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is also expected to attend, according to Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA),

Russia and Ukraine will send their foreign ministers to Malta this week for a summit of the OSCE, officials said Wednesday, in one of the few events attended by both countries since Moscow's Ukraine offensive began.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will travel to Malta on Thursday for an OSCE summit, his first visit to an EU member since Russia launched its offensive on Ukraine.
