Hozier and Gracie Abrams will perform during the last 2024 episodes of 'Saturday Night Live,' which will be hosted by Chris Rock and Martin Short.

Gracie Abrams and Hozier will serve as the musical guests on the final 'Saturday Night Live' episodes of 2024.

A week after Abrams takes the 30 Rock stage, the Irish indie star will return to SNL for his second stint as musical guest on Dec. 21. Martin Short will host the episode, which will follow a few weeks after the Dec. 6 release of Hozier’s Unreal Unearth: Unending, an expanded version of his 2023 album.
