A lack of reliable point guard play beyond Hassan Diarra has been a fatal thorn in the side of the UConn Huskies this year.

UConn did get projected first-round NBA Draft pick Liam McNeeley back from a high ankle sprain and dominated the ball in the second half en route to scoring a team-high 18 points. Solo Ball scored all 13 of his points in the first half before the defense clamped down.
