“We most certainly are investigating some of these homicides as actual pay for hire murders,” Fitzgerald said. McDaniel and Woods, Beck, Lollar and Rollins are all being held in the Jefferson County Jail. In all, McDaniel himself faces a total of 37 indictments for shooting 41 victims, 11 of which died.
