More than 10,000 cartons of organic eggs sold at Costco stores are being recalled due to concerns about potential salmonella contamination.

Eggs sold at Costco that may be contaminated with salmonella are being recalled. The recall covers Kirkland Signature Organic Pasture Raised 24-Count Eggs.

The packages of 24 eggs were mistakenly distributed to Costco stores in several eastern states, the company said.
