A man was detained for allegedly splashing some liquid on AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal during his 'padyatra' in south Delhi's Greater Kailash area on Saturday

Delhi Police security wing on Saturday apprehended a man who attempted to throw some liquid on former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. The incident happened during his Padyatra at Greater Kailash. Visuals of the attack show security personnel and Kejriwal's supporters catching the man and thrashing him,

Visuals showed that a man approached the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor when he was acknowledging the crowd and hurled a liquid at him, which was supposedly water, sources said.

Arvind Kejriwal, former Delhi chief minister and AAP National Convener, faced an attack during his padyatra in Greater Kailash, Delhi, as an unidentified man attempted to throw a liquid on him. This incident follows several similar attacks on Kejriwal since 2013.

Kejriwal was holding a foot march in Delhi’s Greater Kailash area on Saturday evening when an individual allegedly tried to throw a liquid, which AAP claimed to be acid.
