We bought a painting by Janice Brown from the states and had it shipped to the states. They went above and beyond to make sure they took care of us. If your on the island make it a point to stop by.Full review by Marlin H

We will be visiting on a cruise, so sadly only have a few hours after a tour - but I would like to go to Pure Art. If we get a taxi - can we ask the driver to wait (so as not to worry about getting back) - and whar should the price be? Thank you :)

Cruise stop in Caymen - want to go to Smith Cove, Pure Art, and learn some history of Georgetown. Any suggestions of tour that offers these stops? Lunch, a really good authentic place and not a chain catering to Americans.

If you want to stay downtown for lunch - go to Rackhams! You can use the bus system to get to Pure Art (about a mile walk from downtown, but no sidewalks)and walk a little further …

You can use the bus system to get to Pure Art (about a mile walk from downtown, but no sidewalks)and walk a little further to Smith's Cove and then pick the bus up to town. If you are going to rent a taxi, either go to South Shore Bar and Grill near Bodden Town or go to West Bay to Heritage Kitchen or further out to the North Shore to Cobalt Coast.
My family is going on a cruise this summer and one of the stops is Grand Cayman. I see good reviews for a shop called Pure Art and it seems like just the type of place I would like to stop and see. Can anyone tell me if it is within easy walking distance from the cruise line port without taking up our entire day?

Hi, I will be on a carnival cruise stopping in grand cayman in another week and would like to visit. Would you know the best way to get to this shop? Walk, taxi? Any other suggestions while there for the day? I like to go off the beaten path. Any lunch places?

From the dock it is about 3 km. A short taxi ride for about 8 Cayman dollars. For groceries etc Kirk's supermarket about 1km on the other side of the town centre is excellent.

Our hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9:30 to 6....Fri/Sat 9:30 to 5. No bus comes here, unfortunately....there are taxis in town, or walking an option.
