The mission of Thomas Sumter Academy is to develop, in a safe and Christian environment, well-rounded individuals who are fully prepared for college and life. We strive to educate the whole child and emphasize academic, spiritual, emotional, and physical growth. We are a STEM/STEAM school - a teaching philosophy that fosters creativity & innovation in South Carolina’s students. We offer dual enrollment for our high school students with local colleges. 100% college acceptance rate with $8 Mil in scholarships granted to last year's graduates. Bus transportation to and from school is provided from central locations in Sumter, Richland and Kershaw counties.

How does transferring course credits from out of state impact student academic schedules?
A:
We accept all credits earned and displayed on students transcripts. We then work with families to provide the necessary courses per state requirements.
