"I have been shopping at Michael's for years. It has always been my go to place for craft supplies. Recently I've noticed that all of the new merchandise coming in isn't priced. The only way to find the price is to download the app and scan each item. On my last visit I was going to order several regular priced items online to pickup at the store as there was an "online only " coupon. The online price was $3 more than in store price, even though it was the same item. The manager said the price online was correct but the price tag under the item had not been updated. That defeats the purpose of the coupon if the price is higher and then you have to return to pick it up. I'm no longer a Michael's shopper. Too many hoops to jump through."

"Terrible store. Cheap quality, poor management. Merchandise is mostly made in China. Light displays won't last one season. Toys, puzzles and games have pieces missing or are bent and unable to be used correctly. Don't waste your money because they will not offer refunds or exchanges on any items if they are open. Even if they are defective at purchase. Would definitely not recommend this store to anyone."

"This reminds me of a small town supply shop. The staff are always friendly and seem to know the customers that come in often. One of the guys even helped me get a bale of hay into my trunk which I appreciated! They are very well priced."

Second, ending plastic pollution is a complex and far-reaching task that affects many countries in many diverse ways. Third, all comparable negotiations for other agreements took much longer than the three and a half years we have been at it. At the same time, I believe that there were real advances at INC-5.2.
